Should you
want Alexander Homes to be your property manager, a formal contract,
power of
attorney and several other applications must be completed by you (we
can help guide you through that process). Prior to acceptance of management
our representatives shall inspect the property to determine its financial
potential.
We BOTH manage and rent homes. NOT all homes are "vacation homes". We manage some properties, and manage + rent other properties.
We are currently accepting applications for vacation homes in Orange (Orlando), Osceola (Kissimmee) and some Polk and Lake County neighborhoods.
